Traditional free-hand implant placement relies on a surgeon’s skill and 2-D or 3-D guides. Even with experience, slight hand tremors or limited visibility can shift a drill tip by fractions of a millimeter—enough to affect long-term stability or esthetics.
Yomi® is the first—and only—FDA-cleared robotic system built for dental implants. Using haptic guidance, an articulated robotic arm, and a real-time digital plan, the platform “locks” your bur on the ideal path. The surgeon remains 100 % in control; Yomi simply won’t allow deviation beyond the sub-millimeter tolerance programmed into the plan.
We remain the sole Yomi® provider within a 110-mile radius of Rancho Mirage. Combining 25 + years and 6 000 + placed implants with the valley’s only dental robot gives our patients a rare level of precision and predictability.
If you’re healthy enough for a conventional implant, you’re almost always a Yomi candidate. Complex anatomy, limited bone, or proximity to sinus or nerve make robot guidance even more valuable.
